Why is jiu jitsu the best gift for your child?

Our training programs are well-suited for all ages, from the age of 4

Self defence

By practicing jiu jitsu, a child acquires important self-defense skills in order to be able to defend themselves if the need arises. The first law we teach is to try to avoid physical confrontation and resolve a situation without the use of force. Unfortunately, this is not always possible, so the technique that children learn allows them to protect themselves and control the attacker.

Character

Discipline and character traits are probably the most common reason why parents bring their child to combat training. Fighting skills without appropriate character qualities are the wrong combination, therefore, our training is designed so that, in addition to physical characteristics, children develop patience, restraint, determination and willpower, as well as respect for fellow human beings (coaches, teammates).

Friends

Trainings, rollings, camps and competitions are an unifying experience for children for life. Friendship set born in a battle hall is something special and unifying. Even if all the children in the group do not become friends, our coaches work to provide a training environment where children respect each other and are able to work in a team.
